Experiential Learning & Extracurricular Experiences
Honors introduced me to the concept of experiential learning -- engaging in my experiences outside of the classroom with a mindset of intentionally learning and growing through them. This mentality has been incredibly important to me all throughout college, and I've found at UW that intentionally engaging and reflecting on my experiences has allowed me to find value and meaning and to recognize skills that I've built, all of which I can take forward with me in life.
